Refund policy

If your order’s not quite right, you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

Please see our returns conditions below:

• Items must be in their original selling condition. This means they must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.
• Items must have all original tags and labels still attached.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30 day returns period and/or for items that are not returned to us in their original selling condition. In this case, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address with delivery costs covered by you.
• Socks can only be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.
• If you are returning items from multiple orders, please ensure these are returned separately to avoid any complications.
• All Final Sale items are not eligible for return or refund (US and Canada Customers Only)
